1. Orders & payment

Designing is free; you pay only when you place an order. Prices are shown at checkout and payable by UPI or Cash on Delivery.

2. Custom & made-to-order items

Every item is printed to order from your design. As such, orders cannot be cancelled once printing has begun, and custom items are non-returnable except where the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Content & usage rights

You are responsible for the designs and prompts you submit and confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline to print content that is unlawful, infringing, or unsafe.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery to the address provided at checkout.
