How to delete your account

You can delete your CraftMyAI account and everything personal attached to it at any time — from inside the app, or by asking us directly if you no longer have it installed.

In the app

• Open CraftMyAI and sign in with the phone number your account uses.
• Tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
• Tap Yes, delete on the confirmation prompt. Your account is deleted immediately.

What gets deleted

Your profile information, saved designs and cart are removed and can't be recovered from the app. Your account itself is deactivated rather than erased outright, so we can still make sense of a past order if you ever ask us to — the same reason your orders are kept (below). Sign in again with the same phone number any time and you get a fresh account, not the old one restored.

Your past orders are kept — the same way a shop keeps its receipts — since we're required to hold billing and tax records for completed transactions regardless of whether the account that placed them still exists. No order is linked back to an active profile once the account is deleted.
